My husband and I just purchased a house through Ivana and we are so glad we did. Ivana is very knowledgeable about the market. After touring a few homes she was able to get a good sense of what type of home and neighborhood was the best fit for us. When touring houses she is able to point out things that we didn’t notice and give estimates on how much it would cost to potentially upgrade/remodel parts of the house. We really appreciate how quick she is to respond to emails/text/calls which is important since all the desirable homes usually sell within a week. Being a first time home buyer is scary but she walked us through step by step and had a lot of great recommendations (e.g. home inspectors, lenders, etc.). When it came time to closing Ivana was very thorough and always followed up on any action items. She is kind, patient, and genuine. We will definitely be recommending her to all our friends in San Diego! .

Ivana was an amazing realtor. From when we first met her, she showed us compassion and comfort and kept things straight to the point with us which we appreciated. As first time home buyers, we were unsure about the proces and Ivana outlined it for us easily and was there for us every step of the way. Ivana found us so many listings and was out with us every weekend (pre-covid) looking at multiple open houses, setting up appointments, etc. We put in a couple offers with her and she kept our heads up and hopes high even when we weren't selected. When our offer was selected, Ivana helped make sure we understood everything in our inspection, what it meant for us, and fought to make sure we got a fair deal with the sellers. We couldn't have wanted to work with anyone else. Ivana brought honesty, integrity and fun to the process that can be draining and de-motivating especially in a crowded San Diego Market. My husband and I were beyond happy and grateful to work with Ivana! We were first time home buyers and when we first met with Ivana she took an hour and a half to explain the entire process to us with organized booklets of timelines and examples of what inspections look like. We explained we weren't in a rush and are willing to wait to find the perfect home and she totally understood and never pushed. She also mentioned a lot things to consider like the type of roofing, the base of the house, slopes, proximity to highways and major wirelines and other things we never would have thought of, but are really important when considering the value of the house. When we found the house we loved and placed a bid we weren't sure what to expect because in this market houses generally get multiple offers. She created a really nice cover letter about us and herself to send to the sellers and also had us submit a short video about ourselves. Luckily the sellers really liked us and accepted our offer! Ivana really did all the heavy lifting and was great when it came time to negotiations. She really knows what she is doing and is amazing at it! She held her ground on the items we really wanted to be repaired or replaced. She was available for all the inspections and honestly made our first home buying process so incredibly smooth. I called, texted and emailed her regularly and she was always available to answer my questions, no matter how small. My husband and I could not praise her enough! We will be recommending her to all of our friends and family looking to buy!

I had the most incredible experience working with Ivana to sell my home. She was tireless, knowledgable, and accommodating. This was my first home selling process and Ivana ensured I was an informed homeowner as well as managed the burden of the stress. As a young female I have often been targeted and taken advantage of in important financial processes.
