Ivan comes from a family with a background in construction, and he has personally been involved in remodeling and flipping homes in the Blairsville area. Additionally, he has worked alongside family members who are surveyors, gaining valuable experience in research and fieldwork. Prior to his real estate career, Ivan worked as a Financial Business Consultant, which allowed him to travel extensively across the United States. However, he believes that there is no place quite like north Georgia, with its beautiful mountains, rivers, creeks, and abundant outdoor activities for families.
