She took the time to make sure I was educated on the process, answered all of my questions, provided optional contacts for home inspections, etc. and even helped to reassure and get me though some hurdles during my closing. I have written a review about Isobel's success and professionalism in helping me sell a home, but I also would like to recommend her as a buyer's agent. Isobel helped me purchase a home in Easton as well. She was patient and understanding and took time to review my criteria for buying a house. She set up multiple showing appointments and accompanied me to each one. She accommodated my busy work schedule and crammed showings all into one day, and even some in the evenings and on weekends. Before each property, she had done her homework and reviewed the pros and cons of each one with me against my selection criteria. Once I started narrowing down the list of properties that I liked, she was happy to get me into those properties additional times, and even was interested in how my son liked the home. Once I found the perfect house, she even scheduled a showing so that my parents who had traveled quite a distance could view the property I had put under contract as well. She was thoughtful and professional through the entire offer/negotiation phase and helped me through each step in the process from my questions on the mortgage with the bank all the way to the day of closing. She helped refer home inspectors and lawyers to me and has many contacts in the area. She responded to e-mails, texts, and phone calls in a very timely and professional manner and never made me feel like I was bothering her. Although this was the 5th house I had purchased, I had never done it on my own and she made the whole process seamless and less scary. Isobel helped us sell our home quickly, we had an offer on the table before we held out first open house, which was totally unexpected as I thought it may take us a while to sell because we lived next to power lines. The photographs and floor plans provided of the property were far superior to what I'd seen elsewhere and she gave us very good advice on preparing the house for sale. She gave me local contact numbers for plumbers, electricians and septic services who all were very professional, quick and reasonably priced. We are now working with her to find our new home. She is quick to send properties as she see's them new to the market and offers a wealth of advice on things to look at when we have been round and viewed properties.
