Ismail is highly knowledgeable in the work he does, he makes sure to explain everything to you step by step and I mean literally. I am a first time home buyer, so I didn't understand a lot of things about the process of buying a home, and Ismail was always there to answer any questions I had and to advice me every step of the way. I definitely couldn't have chosen a better real estate agent to work with then him, and will continue to work with him in the future. My family is finally in our home, a multi-family property in the bronx, where we live in one floor and rent the other apartment to gain the extra income to help pay the mortgage. Meeting and working with Ismail was probably the highlight of this home buying experience/journey, I reached out to him after a pretty unsuccessful start pre-approved but getting nowhere. Right away Ismail educated me on the home buying process and set me up to search listings within my budget, and also he identified that I had a unreliable loan officer and I made changes and found an officer that worked with him seamlessly. We viewed many units, made offers, encountered shady agents and had disappointments along the way but Ismail always kept me motivated to continue even when it looked bleak. The covid crisis paused all real estate actions and weekly Ismail check in just to make sure that I was ok, he made regular video messages to keep his clients informed and when things begin to settle and showing were allowed again we continued the search. Finally everything aligned for me after a morning showing, Ismail and I agreed on an offer and it was accepted within minutes of leaving the viewing and to my surprise Ismail took a chance and offered less than we had spoken about. I was under contract several days later, IsmaiI recommended a great inspector and everything went well. I closed on August 27, 2020 almost 1 year after contacting Ismail and I am writing this review one month in my new apartment. I am forever grateful to Ismail for all of his hard work, dedication and standing by me during this process. I consider him not only my realtor but a friend.

This review is long over due and I have been putting it off due to my own illness and travel. I met Ismail after my property failed to sell by my previous agent. From my first meeting with him, I felt very comfortable the way he explained me everything and how works with sellers to get the house sold quickly and with good price. I decided to hire him and without bothering my tenants too many times for showings, he brought all the buyers to the open house in one shot and got me 8 offers, many of them over asking. He kept me updated every week with phone calls, he was always on time, reliable, knew his market and very polite and not pushy at all. He ultimately got the house sold for 55k over asking. I just couldn't have asked for a better agent. I highly recommend Ish to anyone looking for a hassle free experience with an agent that will get the job done and get you a great price.

We wanted to look for a house as we were expecting our 3rd child and living in a very cramped apartment. After getting pre-approved we were given the name and phone numbers of 2 real estate agents. I called the first number twice, the agent picked up and said he would call me right back. He never did instead had his assistant call me who made us feel bad about our budget of 500K in New York saying it was too small and she sent me very horrible looking listings. I didn't like the vibe I was getting from them so I gave the 2nd number a call. Ismail picked up was very nice and professional over the phone and from there we set up. He explained the home buying process step by step going into every single detail. We told him our budget and how we were a little short on cash. He helped us find a property that was best suited for our family, HE NEGOTIATED THE PRICE AND MADE SURE WE DIDN'T OVERPAY, He recommended services like the real estate lawyer and home inspector. And when I wanted to give up halfway through the process he encouraged us not to give up and to keep pushing. Now thank god we are proud homeowners. HE IS PROFESSIONAL, UNDERSTANDING, RESPECTFUL AND KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A REALTOR. WOULD GIVE HIM A 100 STARS IF I COULD. If It wasn't for Ismail and his knowledge,expertise,compassion and professionalism, my dreams of becoming a first time homeowner would have not been completed. Ismail was always there for me during work hours,after hours weekends whenever! he was just a text or phone call away. I had a very hectic experience when purchasing my home, the sellers were very hard to communicate with and the process got very frustrating but ish was there every step of the way to let me know , buying a house is one of the biggest investments in life and it won't be easy. sometimes bumps in the road are to be expected. but with him by my side i was able to breathe knowing i had somebody who knew what they were doing by my side. Ismail kolya A.k.a Ish your realtor was heaven sent!!!! The best experience ever!! I'll recommend him to anybody that's getting into the daunting/ complicated home buying experience. He makes everything less complicated and easy to go through!!! My husband and I were first time homebuyers, we had experiences with other agents that didn't quite go so well, Red flag # 1 was they would take us to houses that were way out of our price range or not within the places we wanted to live.
