He even pointed out things in houses that no one in my family realized. There was one point where I was considering making an offer on a house but I didn’t realize major red flags. Ismail stopped me, had a discussion and made me realize why I shouldn’t make an offer, other realtors would have made the sale and moved on. So what makes my post/experience worth being looked at. Ish was very response and professional thur out the home buying process. His advice and business dealing are gear for his client all the way. I remember making a offer on a home soon after, him calling us to inform the offer wasn’t excepted. He stated that day what is for you will be and what is not simply isn’t. Two weeks later we received a call from Ish offer accepted. My new home is the property which was for us. Who you work with matters!!! Review from May 2018 If It wasn't for Ismail and his knowledge,expertise,compassion and professionalism, my dreams of becoming a first time homeowner would have not been completed. Ismail was always there for me during work hours,after hours weekends whenever! he was just a text or phone call away. I had a very hectic experience when purchasing my home, the sellers were very hard to communicate with and the process got very frustrating but he was every step of the way to let me know , buying a house is one of the biggest investments in life and it won't be easy. Sometimes bumps in the road are to be expected. but with him by my side i was able to breathe knowing i had somebody who knew what they were doing by my side.
