Iryna helped the reviewer buy this property

The Most Professional and Knowledgeable Real Estate Agent We Worked With! Iryna is THE BEST! ❤️

I want to start my review of Iryna Talmachova by saying how lucky we were to find her by accident, just by browsing homes for sale in Palm Beach County. We thought we wanted to buy in mandatory golf membership community and Iryna was patient enough to explain to us all benefits and financial disadvantages of living in such communities. We did not listen to her 😆 and decided to take a look at homes in Ibis Golf Club in West Palm Beach anyway. Well, Iryna was absolutely right and we decided to shift our search into regular gated communities in WPB area. We didn't have a lot of time to find a house because we were scheduled to go back to Canada in a week. Iryna was able to schedule each and every house we wanted to look at literally only on 2 hour notice. And we found our perfect pool home in Bears Lake golf community!!!! No mandatory membership, beautiful home. Iryna was able to negotiate a great deal for us and we even got furniture as a bonus! It took us only one week from the moment of us starting to look at houses to be under contract to purchase our Florida vacation dream home! Iryna's knowledge of the market and real estate legal process is simply unmatched! We recommend Iryna as a Go To agent in Palm Beach County! We love ❤️ our agent Iryna Talmachova!
