We bought our townhouse in PGA National during pandemic time via video virtual tour Iryna provided us. It was a very easy (thanks to Iryna) all cash transaction. Our house came all furnished which we didn't want and the seller didn't want to get rid of. Guess what? Iryna stepped in and got rid of entire furniture in one day and even cleaned the house with her sons afterwards. I greatly appreciated that! But our purchase wasn't the first contract we were under. I want to start my review of Iryna Talmachova by saying how lucky we were to find her by accident, just by browsing homes for sale in Palm Beach County.
