Iryna is a real gem in the world of real estate. She was my Christmas miracle. My life turned up side down right before the holidays and I needed to act as fast as I could, however I wasn’t sure where to begin. After a few days searching for a professional and a few days of hesitation, I called Iryna and it was the best decision I’ve made in the time of my chaotic period of life. Long story short, I was able to find the most wonderful, passionate agent in Contra Costa County. At the beginning of our work together, she navigated me through the selling process, explained how the market dictates the price value, what necessary repairs we need to do, how to properly decorate the property and gave me many more little hints and clues in order to get a better price offer. I was a little overwhelmed with my chores and Iryna was able to sense my confusion and took over, making it look effortlessly easy. Little did I know, my condo was sold within 3 weeks (from the first meet up to closing the deal). Iryna went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs. She promptly responded to all my calls, texts and emails, even after hours. She would always give me an exhaustive explanation to every one of my questions. She is very dedicated and easy to work with. Iryna is fluent in 3 languages (maybe more :)) and always greets you with her adorable smile. In the conclusion I just wanted to say that I didn’t just found a good real estate agent, but I’ve gotten a friend.
