I had the privilege to work with Iryna on finding my dream home. When i started the process, i wasn't sure about which city i should make my new home. Considering that i was not willing to sacrifice comfort, location, and working with a tight budget, i needed professional help, and Iryna was very patient and knowledgeable and helped guide my decision process (South bay vs. East bay etc.) She joined me on the hunt for single family home in different cities across south bay and east bay, and after several weeks of search, i decided to focus my search on the Tri-valley area.
