Responsive, Excellent and Persistent
Iris helped us locate land in the Charlotte area to build a single family home. Her search helped us locate a diamond in the rough, a unique situation where we could get a lot of land for cheap because of some building restrictions in the area. Iris helped negotiate with the seller, providing them facts about their situation, and helped talk them down to a reasonable rate for the property. We are overjoyed with our choice and all thanks to Iris!
