I purchased my first condo in July 2019, Irene was amazing. The property was a bank owned foreclosure that what being renovated due to a fire that had occurred on the same floor as the unit I purchased. The original closing date was set for early march, but due to delays with the building renovations we were delayed till July. She was patient and kept me in the loop the entire process. She even managed to get the bank to lower the buying cost and cover all my closing cost due to the inconveniences of the delays. many times I thought of giving up but Irene always helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel which it was a long tunnel.
