I am grateful that Irene was my realtor. She communicates very clearly and concisely her views of the level of investment required to bring a property to market, the marketplace dynamics, pricing strategies and negotiation of financial and legal terms. The smartest thing I did was to accept all of her recommendations. She achieved a higher price than I expected through a well thought out pricing strategy that resulted in a competition between buyers.

I have bought 5 houses over the years and have never met a realtor like Irene Smaul. She sold me the house I currently live in and the experience was exceptional. She's a human being first and a realtor second in the sense that she believes in serving the best interests of her clients, not in making a quick deal. We looked for this house for 11 months and she never pressured me. Also, she saved me time by often previewing houses first to see if she thought they'd be right for me.

We've remained in contact all these seven years and she has been a great resource for vendors, handymen, etc. And when I decide to sell this house, there's no one I would use except Irene. She's a rare find. Barbara, Studio City
