We are lucky to choose Irene as our listing agent this time and I do work with some other agents before so I could have a fair comparison. Irene is the most hard working agent I ever met, she is so addictive and has so much passion on her job. She always said I could contact her any time if I have any concerns or questions. Does she work 24 hours every day? :P She gave us very reasonable suggestions on how to remodel the property, no more, no less. We follow her instructions strictly and the results turn out to be great. I also like the decorations Irene used, photographer and the flyer design she picked so much. If something urgent/unexpected happens during the transaction, as always since it is not a perfect world, she would try every way she could and tell you it will be taken care of and do not worry, so you know she will always be there to count on. :) I am also very impressed by Irene's negotiation skills. She tried her best to get most benefit for her client, both on the sale's price and on the contract terms.
