TLDR, if you are looking for a professional who prioritizes your interests above all else, then look no further and contact Irene. My home purchase journey was flawless. Detailed review: Objective observations: 1) Irene has decades of experience of being realtor and it shows! She knows what to look for, what to ask for, what affects desirability of a property. And the best of all, she shares this knowledge with her clients. 2) Irene is super organized, I would definitely loose track of the documents, appointments and calls that one needs to make to purchase a home. However with Irene, she just handles 95% of the tasks, reminds you of what needs to be done and when. 3) Irene works with and knows contacts of other professionals in their fields. So, you will not need to look for a trustworthy inspector in a few days before you would need to remove your contingencies, Irene will suggest you right people for the task. Subjective observations 1) Even though, I assume, Irene was working with numerous clients simultaneously, she was always available for me. One day we even had a call at 10pm, where she carefully answered all my questions. 2) Irene was never pushing me to make an offer, or close a deal or to accept anything. Quite an opposite in fact, for a couple of properties I changed my mind and didn't made an offer, because Irene pointed out some issues that I completely missed. 3) It is just a pleasure to work with Irene. Initially the whole process seems so intimidating, but after my experience with Irene, I am looking forward for my future real estate deals. Some other feedback: Even though my experience with Irene's service was impeccable, I wanted to give a few actionable suggestions about web portal that Irene shares with her clients to look for homes to buy: 1) I didn't find a way to filter out all non-active properties. 2) It would be nice to have option to share an interesting property with friends. Maybe a readonly link that does not require registration.
