I have worked with Kris on many transactions over the past 10 years. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. On many occasions I have been out of town during a negotiation and Kris always handles it with expertise while keeping me fully informed. It is a pleasure to work with Kris, he is completely vested in his clients and wants to facilitate a favorable outcome for those he represents.
