There's a lot to say about Inmar Barrera but to summarize it all he is definitely very professional and knowledgeable about his profession. Every question I had was answered in a timely manner and he was very patient with me as well. Inmar is definitely all about helping his clients find the right home and not about just a quick paycheck for himself. Inmar has been honest throughout my experience looking for a home with him and gave me his true opinion about every house we looked at whether it was good or bad. He was very helpful, was able to work with our crazy schedules (including my husband's who was flying to our [new home state, TN] & gone for 2 weeks at a time 😬🥴), told us the things we needed to focus on to help sell our home, was great with my kids, helped us through some hiccups we had (on the buyer's end) and got us over asking price! Inmar was great from the beginning. He really got to know us and quickly knew what we were looking for in a home. He always treated us like a priority and never showed us anything that didn’t fit our needs. He is very knowledgeable of the Central Valley area and always had new information to provide, whether it was in the home we were viewing or in the city/neighborhood. Even with all of our challenges (that were out of our control) he always kept an optimistic attitude. Don’t hesitate to call him when you need a realtor, he is truly the best!
