He provided a complete review of the property and nearby comparables to assist in the price setting. Inmar gave us many options to decide what to fix and update to stay within our budget. We had a considerable amount of work to get done, including an eviction. He stayed focused and kept me focused, and once the house was ready to be shown, it was a Friday with a weekend of two open houses. We had five viable offers all over 'ask' by Tuesday evening. No one could ask for more. He will be my agent of choice on the next property we sell.

Also, the property required a lot of maintenance work, all of which Inmar took care of quickly and efficiently, which was so helpful since I could not be on site myself. Finally, Inmar is kind, friendly, always a pleasure to talk with, and always easy to work with. Even when snags developed, which they did, he always came back with a laugh, and a positive outlook.
