Ingrid walked me through the whole process with such a pleasant attitude. Sometimes I would get "bothered" by so much required paperwork but she would gently explain everything. The property being sold was not my primary residence and she would go out of her way to come to my home for paper signing. She works tirelessly on her listings. I can say this because I manage a mobile home park and have watched her as she sells units within the park. She puts forth the extra effort; like staging an empty unit so that it looks homey and placing flowers on a deck, those needed touches that make you feel as though this could truly be "your home". Her listings are so well done; the photos and write ups she places on Google are inviting to anyone seeking to buy a home. She is fair, honest and very people friendly, besides being extremely knowledgeable in the real estate business. I can honestly say that I would recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor.
