Ingrid Pierson saved our sanity last summer. My husband and I were in a very stressful situation with selling my recently passed brother’s mobile home. We are from out of state, but were living in Auburn, and needed to sell as quickly as possible after doing much needed work on his home. We thought we could do it all on our own!! We were wrong! We met Ingrid at church, and she offered her help. Her knowledge of the legalities and real estate market value, along with having many related contacts for things like inspections and contractors was invaluable. Very helpful throughout the process handling contractors, home inspections, etc as well as the sales process on 6 probate homes. She coordinated cleanup and some remodel for 6 probate homes.
