When I first contacted Ingrid, I was not sure exactly what I wanted beside an investment property. She was able in few questions to help me better define my porject, She was then able to show me some preselected properties, and within two week-end my choice was done. The sale process was vet easy, from the price negotiation ( I could not have gotten a better price) to the closing she took care of everything for me managed all of the parties ( escrow, insurance, mortgage, inspector) only calling me when needed or do get some signatures. Ingrid Pasco has been an outstanding real estate agent providing me excellent service and advices for two transactions withing 6 months. She first sold my 2Bd/2Ba condo located in La Jolla near UCSD at market price, with a good buyer and good conditions. She made sure the condo was showing attractively with lights and a few pieces of furniture and sent me her handyman to fix a couple of details so that blind and kitchen appliances would all be in perfect working condition. She ran several open houses on week days and week-ends. Then we went on looking for another condo to reinvest the net profit and live in with my son. We found the ideal home but it got several offers. Ingrid wrote a letter to the landlady with personal details about me and my son, making my offer attractive enough for it to be accepted against a higher offer. The landlady needed to live in the condo a few more weeks after the purchase. Ingrid made it easy to come to an agreement meeting all mutual requirements. After I relocated to New York, she also found very good tenants who signed a two-year lease for my condo.
