Ingrid Pasco has been an outstanding real estate agent providing me excellent service and advices for two transactions withing 6 months. She first sold my 2Bd/2Ba condo located in La Jolla near UCSD at market price, with a good buyer and good conditions. She made sure the condo was showing attractively with lights and a few pieces of furniture and sent me her handyman to fix a couple of details so that blind and kitchen appliances would all be in perfect working condition. She ran several open houses on week days and week-ends. Then we went on looking for another condo to reinvest the net profit and live in with my son.
