This is a prime property in a very private gated community close to the beach and all. Ingrid knew exactly how to price the offer and get it to the seller in prompt fashion. There was multiple bids within a few hours; she worked very quickly to get in the first wave of offers. She also has the all connections and established relationships to coordinate inspections and repair bids quickly on this older house that had very little updates. We were quickly made aware of the risks and costs involved which in turn allowed us to set our offer limits with no surprises. She was there every step of the way 24/7. She really impressed all of us; we highly recommend her if you want a very good chance of landing a home in this market!

Ingrid helped us purchase a property through a short sale. Working with the seller and bank owner was confusing, unpredictable, and very slow, but Ingrid helped us every step of the way. She consistently followed up with the seller and bank for updates and did everything she could to help the process move as quickly as possible. Even though the process must have been difficult for Ingrid to deal with, she was patient and always seemed happy to help and answer all of our questions. It was not the type of sale you would want an inexperienced agent helping with, so we were so thankful to have Ingrid!
