By now, we have bought and sold several properties, and therefore experienced the services of many good (and an occasional bad) real estate agents, which I think makes us well qualified to say this: Ingrid Pasco is unequivocally the most trustworthy, knowledgeable, hard working, responsive, and complete real estate agent we have ever had the pleasure to work with as a partner. I will dive more deeply into each of these traits, but the tl;dr version is my wife and I *unhesitatingly* recommend Ingrid and believe she is the very best and elite at her job. Real Estate partnerships only work well when both sides trust each other and do not question motives or constantly second guess. Ingrid is the perfect example of honesty and integrity in every single interaction we had with her requiring us to trust her judgment or advice. Our home purchase involved an extremely complex set of constraints including purchase *sight unseen*; running comps and making wise offer recommendations in a crazy market with multiple offers well above listing; last minute mortgage collapse necessitating a new mortgage to close; not being present in country for closing; the list of challenges was practically endless, but Ingrid stood tall, stayed patient, solved every problem with obvious expertise, and basically deserves all the credit for the successful purchase. Ingrid is a scarily hard working pro. We are separated by three hours (we are on the east coast), but in two periods when first she was in Europe and later when we were at the time of closing, she would simply move her hours to accommodate us! It was incredible to see her doing a home walk through over FaceTime, directing her partner on the ground, when it was 1 AM her time! I could go on, but you should have gotten the idea by now: Ingrid is at the very top echelon of Realtors.

Ingrid helped us purchase a property through a short sale. Working with the seller and bank owner was confusing, unpredictable, and very slow, but Ingrid helped us every step of the way. She consistently followed up with the seller and bank for updates and did everything she could to help the process move as quickly as possible. Even though the process must have been difficult for Ingrid to deal with, she was patient and always seemed happy to help and answer all of our questions. It was not the type of sale you would want an inexperienced agent helping with, so we were so thankful to have Ingrid!
