I have utilized Ingrid's real estate talents twice. The first netted her nothing after she expended considerable energy and time for me when I was trying to purchase a foreclosed property. I never forgot her cheerfulness and positive attitude. Three years later when we needed to sell my mom's house, she was my first (and only) call.
