Inger is very professional, savvy and knowledgeable. She makes the entire process seamless. Great communicator! I would highly recommend using Inger as your real estate professional!

I met with Inger last week to discuss the situation we have with property taxes. She was early, had prepared a folder for me, and answered all my questions with ease/data. I also learned (even more) as to how involved she is in our community, the boards/groups she’s with and just her wealth of knowledge of the Castle Rock area. Saying she is an asset to our community is an understatement. We don’t need a realtor now, but we have her number for the future!

Inger is awesome! I don’t know anyone who has a better understanding of Castle Rock and the surrounding area. We bought a house that had multiple offers, the reason they accepted ours was partially due to the fact that the sellers agent had worked with Inger in the past and it had gone so smoothly, our closing was no different. She is always accessible, fast to respond and extremely knowledgeable.
