Inger is an outstanding realtor who gave us professional advice and support throughout the process of representing us in buying a Toll Brothers home and selling our home. She included professional staging, photography and window cleaning in her package which was extremely valuable in selling our home. She estimated the house would sell in 30-70 days with current interest rates but it sold in 2 days, due to her excellent marketing skills. She responded quickly when we had questions and greatly helped us navigate what had to be done to prepare our home to sell. She has great communication skills and is easy to work with. We were struggling with an issue with Toll Brothers on the new build with no response. Inger intervened on our behalf and was able to arrange a meeting with a Colorado representative of Toll Brothers that greatly benefited our situation. She attended the meeting as well.
