We felt bad calling you but you made us feel like it wasn’t a bother and you had the situation under control. But what impressed us the most was your ability to act and respond quickly and efficiently on any issue and every question. You were great on the phone- always getting back to us. You worked fast with texting and of course you always kept us to date via email on every single showing and the story behind each potential buyer. Then when it finally came to the buyer getting a mortgage you helped us feel calm and at ease with the process and you truly made sure the communication was good between all parties.
