From the moment we first connected with India, it was abundantly clear that she truly cared about finding us a home that we would love. We had a tight turnaround for buying a house, and India made sure we met that. She was a joy to visit houses with - had useful information on the property, gave us our space to look around, and immediately contacted the selling agents with any questions we had. Once we found the property we wanted to put in for, India was incredibly knowledgeable on the process, negotiating tactics, things we should look for and was always ready to give us useful guidance on the elements we were unfamiliar with. As first-time buyers, there was a lot we didn't know, but India laid out every step and truly made the process such a pleasant experience. Her attention to detail was amazing and she really did her homework to make sure we felt comfortable with what we were buying and that we had all the information needed to feel so. And to top it all off, India was just incredibly fun to work with. She made the experience so enjoyable and went out of her way to make our closing a celebratory occasion. It was very clear that she cares deeply for her clients. I would happily recommend India to anyone looking to buy a home!
