India is a trusted real estate partner in the DMV and she helped my mother in law find her home. We ratified 2/11 and closed 2/27. We were actually supposed to close 3/13 but Shereece said she needed to be out of her apartment by the end of the month, we pushed it up. It was 16 days, 12 business days. She got 3% closing assistance, a 1 year home warranty and seller repairs. It was a win!
