The realtor I needed! India was my second realtor in my home buying process, which made me appreciate her all the more. As a first time homebuyers, research can only prepare you but so much. I was comfortable leaning on her expertise because she proved her knowledge of the local market, coached me on new construction vs resale, and negotiated my many, crazy requests. She also personalized this experience to me and understood my needs. India is also just a cool person to get to know and the one to trust for my biggest investment to date. I'm very happy with my first home, but there will be more to purchase and she knows she's my DMV preferred realtor, without question!
