Without a doubt, I worked with THE BEST realtor in the DMV. India was very attentive, responsive, hands-on, patient, and informative. From day one, I could tell that she loves what she does and is all about making her client feels as comfortable as possible and making the home buying process as seamless and stress-free as possible. Being a first time homebuyer, I had many, many questions (probably more than the average buyer :) ). India answered all of my questions and not once made me feel that I was bothering her. India is overall just a genuine person. Not once did I feel that her only interest was about making the sell. She truly is all about her clients and keeping them happy and making the homebuying experience enjoyable. She takes on all of the worry for the client and goes over and beyond what the average realtor would do. We ran into a few hiccups with the seller as we got closer to closing but India rolled up her sleeves and went to battle for me. She stepped up and took the lead on things that she probably shouldn’t have had to and for that I appreciate her. Even when I was felt like throwing in the towel, she remained positive and kept me calm. Her biggest concern was making sure I was happy and I feel that India was genuinely excited for me when I closed on my home. …It’s been a little over a month and she still continues to check in on me to see how things are going. I highly recommend India Hall for all your buying and/or selling needs. Choose anyone else and you’re doing yourself a huge disservice.
I was looking to sale my parent's home in Washington, DC. For the past few years I've been getting calls and text from people who wanted to buy my house but I never called or text them back. I live in NC and the house is in Washington DC. My cousin told me about India Hall. I told him to give her my contact information so she could call me. India called me and right then I knew I had found he right person to sale my house. Her voice was so angelic to me! I talk to people everyday on the phone at my job but this voice was different. It seemed like I have know this young lady for years. I asked her to help me sell my parents home (well she didnt help me because she did it all). She got to work and was calling me everyday with good news! Finally right before Christmas she called me with a buyer and an offer. We closed(you see i said we close and I didnt have to do anything). I never met her in person but I knew God had sent me an angel with a comforting voice. I hope my feelings for her dont change from Praise to anger when I see the beautiful renovation she is going to do to my parent's former house. The WORLD NEEDS MORE people like India!!!
