She assisted me with purchasing a new construction townhouse where I received USDA financing (I didn't have to pay a down payment) and received 10K in closing cost assistance from the builder. I know reputation shouldn't matter but in this type of market you really need a Realtor with a superb reputation with builders, lenders and other agents.
