This has been fifth time we have gone thru the process of purchasing a house. We are experienced buyers and we can truly say it is first time we had such great experience with Ilona. The matter was complicated by house being in different state but every step of the way Ilona was there to help us. She did tons of extra work , she was always available to answer our questions , she did everything on time and we never felt pushed or rushed into anything. We were able to close in 24 days and when we finally saw the house it was pretty much exactly as it was shown to us and described to us by our agent.
