Ilona is a great agent, honest and super helpful. We had a limited amount of time to look at houses since we were moving from out of state. Ilona had great knowledge of the neighborhoods we were looking at. She did all the things you expect from a realtor and also went above and beyond. She went to the town with the owner of the house we decided on to appeal the taxes. She also managed the removal of a lot of junk that the previous owners left.
