From start to close, Ilene was kind, supportive, and available to us in our search. I was nervous to buy my first home, and Ilene's patient and confident energy helped me to get excited instead. I never felt rushed in making a decision, and Ilene was extremely present with us through each step. With Ilene's help, we ended up with a home that we are thrilled about. I was very picky as to what we were looking for, but Ilene never once gave up on us, even after no bids made in 6 months. We initialy listed our house with a different realtor but we priced it way too high. Although the realtor said the price was too high she did not try to convince us to lower the price. Many people looked at the house but wanted it modernized to an extent that we wouldn't do. Even though we lowered the price, it had been on the market too long and we didn't get any offers. We switched to Ilene who convinced us to lower the price. Since the house was on the market so long fewer people looked at it. Ilene continued marketing the house and convinced us to take the house off the market, lower the price and make minor improvements, which we did. Ilene was persistent in trying to sell the house eventually she was able to do so.

Ilene helped me buy my house then sell it years later. I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else in Philadelphia. She knows her stuff and takes the time to make sure you do as well. She’s great in assisting with anything through the whole process. Easiest recommendation.
