We initialy listed our house with a different realtor but we priced it way too high. Although the realtor said the price was too high she did not try to convince us to lower the price. Many people looked at the house but wanted it modernized to an extent that we wouldn't do. Even though we lowered the price, it had been on the market too long and we didn't get any offers. We switched to Ilene who convinced us to lower the price. Since the house was on the market so long fewer people looked at it. Ilene continued marketing the house and convinced us to take the house off the market, lower the price and make minor improvements, which we did. Ilene was persistent in trying to sell the house eventually she was able to do so.
