Ilene is an Amazing Agent, She is not only very knowledgeable at Her Trade but knows pretty much everything in the Melbourne area. Ilene is excellent in following up everything including the little details that gets overlooked by less experienced Agents. I had complete confidence in Her ability to represent Me as the Buyer out of State of which she did in an amazing manner. Trust and confidence seems to be lost traits but not in llene's personality. Ilene listened to Our needs and matched perfectly. Even after the Closing, Ilene is still helping in setting up a rental management company and making sure everything there is proceeding smoothly. I am absolutely delighted with the work that Ilene did. She worked with me long distance at first and then in person for about a month.
