I worked with Karina on two separate occasions. Karina took professional pictures of my home that she personally contracted with an agency. She did an open house every weekend..her level of professionalism is second to none. She took us by the hand with every single process we did with her from signing all papers to everything that needed to be done. She troubled shoot immediately when something came up and the best of all is that she responded to all our calls/texts right away. We were so pleased with her work that we stayed friends with her for future business possibilities.

From the beginning of our search for a home in Miami we were impressed by how well informed Karina was, She had real knowledge of the neighborhoods we were interested, She gave us sound advice on property valuation and taxation. She also helped us on making a decision on the type of property that not only would fit our budget but also woud be best for our desire of not having to drive every time we would leave the house. We felt she was constantly reading our minds and was ahead of us on every step of the process. Once we set the target, she proved to be highly strategic while being extremely professional and assertive during the procedures prior to the closing.
