Ileana was the best, she did everything to sell my house, she went out of her way, she even pull a permit that was never closed. I really had a great time working with her.

I had great confidence in her. She keep me informed of the process weekly and daily of the results of the advertisement. I can and will refer her to other clients who are looking to sell or buy property.

This is the second property Ileana sells for me. I recommend her based on market knowledge, negotiations skills and responsiveness.

Sold our house above asking price Very professional

She was fantastic, dealt with everything very professionally, kept me informed on everything related to the sale. My home had a contract in four days, and everything went smoothly through to the closing. I would recommend Ileana to anyone and everyone want to buy or sell a home. After going through the sale I realize how worth it is to have a good realtor.

One of the most professional and reliable realtors that I have the pleasure of knowing. If I could give her 10 stars I would.

We were so happy and delighted to have found Ileana she is such a great agent ! Not only did she sell our house in a record time she got us a price that we didn’t think was even possible we highly recommend her !!

Ileana was very efficient! She communicated everything to me in a professional manner. She made sure that I was aware of everything that was going on. It was a great experience and a pleasure working with Ileana on the sale of my property! I highly recommend her!

My family is glad that we chose Ileana as our agent. She was very knowledgable about the market and advised us on what price worked best for our home. She also sold our property in a timely manner and helped us negotiate a better price. Ileana also helped us connect with accountants/attorneys that we needed since we were non-citizens. Do not miss out on the opportunity to work with this amazing real estate agent!

Iliana was available, answered calls / questions promptly with answers and solutions. She is very professional and works hard on her clients behalf. We highly recommend her.

Experience and knowledgeable on the current market Ileana is a professional agent with lots of experience. Most important though she’s got passion and humility. She worked hard on getting our house sold and was glad that she challenged my request and steered us in the right direction. Selling your 30+ Year home it’s difficult and challenging, was glad to have her on my side. Would not hesitate to call on her again for another sale or real estate purchase. Jesus and Zoe toledo.
