The͏ property belonged to my brother who passed away in April 2020 and I was introduced to Ileana almost 2 years ago through my niece's friend who sold their family home with the help of Ileana. I'm a UK citizen and I told her that I will put the property up for sale once all the legal proceedings are completed, and left the house keys with her before I went back to the UK in July 2020. Even though we never signed any contract and it was only a mutual understanding, all throughout the 2 years of the pandemic Ileana looked after the house like it was her own, from helping with roof repairs, sorting out payments for the gardeners and pool cleaners, finding a cleaner to organising replacing one of the aircon units.
