My wife and I got so lucky to work with Idania, she is really a good Real State agent. We barely knew about the process, the steps, requiremets, documentation, negociation, etc, but she explained everything point by point and then we started the adventure. We found our house in 3 weeks during this crazy market. The seller had a cash offer as backup offer and we got a lot of pressure from them but, thanks to Idania, we made everything on the way it had to be done to get things earlier and close the deal.
