He had a strategy in reaching out to different high potential buyer's segments that have a higher price range, and buyers are looking to cash out, and buy in Murrieta. Ibrahim organized a neighborhood pre-showing open house event, then followed by a social media campaign that reached to thousands of potential buyers.
