Highly recommended!

We were purchasing from out of state so we needed a lot of extra help and attention. Ian was always available. He is incredibly knowledgeable regarding the market and made sure he understood our goals and values in the purchase. Based on that, he did some education with us to help us look in an entirely different direction and one that ended up being much better than what we originally were looking at. He was a wonderful liason with all the other entities involved in the purchase. It would have been very difficult to accomplish without him. We highly recommend Ian! He is professional, knowledgeable, ethical, and we felt he honsestly cared about us MORE than just for making money.
