Ian Hohl

I found Ian through a listing he had but there already was an offer in process. During my discussion with him, I asked if he would represent me in my goal of finding a home in the Vero Beach area. I really needed a local person to help evaluate any home I was interested in as I currently live in San Jose, CA. Ian assured me he wold represent me and my best interests. His eye for detail and his knowledge helped me eliminate some used homes due to the homes having wear related work that should be done. He then asked me if I ever thought about either building a new home or purchasing a new home, which I did not. He gave me several builders web sites to look at, and during my search, I found a development that he did not mention but that had the type of house and floor plan that I wanted. He visited the model home and he arranged a visit and I purchased the home on my visit. Since then, Ian has been a valuable asset in being the local guy on the scene and he is now in the process of helping me find a rental until my new home is completed. I highly recommend Ian for his professionalism, his knowledge of the area and his honesty.
