Hunter was truly exceptional! I was looking for houses in Tennessee from another state and had a previous realtor that didn't want to respond because the sale of my current house was taking long. Very frustrating until my brother recommended me Hunter from the minute, I first spoke with him he knew I was serious about purchasing a home and immediately started sending me homes without hesitation. When I finally was able to meet in person, he heard all my requests for my big family and made sure that my needs were taken seriously. Hunter was always available even waited for me on a home tour I was running late on. He never made me feel like a burden, and was very understanding of my apparently never-ending questions, concerns, texts, and phone calls. He would answer even on the weekends. Hunter acted quickly to negotiate with the sellers when I located my dream home so that we could all agree on a price. He understood the time sensitivity to purchase a house being such a big move from another state. Hunter is very knowledgeable of the market and directed me to all the professionals I needed, including an inspector, an insurance agent, and even a mechanic nearby. We consider ourselves extremely blessed to have him as a realtor he treated us like friends and made the whole process feel easy. Overall, now that we've settled in, we adore our house since it strikes the ideal balance between the city and the country for which we were looking. His attention to detail and level of time/dedication to his clients are exceptional. I cannot say enough about my experience with Hunter. He set the highest standards, and truly practices "service above self.” We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and will definitely recommend him to everyone we know!
