Hunter Forsyth

Hunter is amazing, my demands were many, my request, phone calls, concerns were always answered. First time purchasing on the West Coast, it's a VERY competitive market and WOW this market moves fast. My family and I were so fortunate to have someone that knows this area well, working and living here his whole life. Once the house was found that's when Hunters true value shined. I just retired from the military, his professionalism and sense of urgency were a great relief. The inspection process, paperwork, minor delays that we all expect were all handled quickly and explained well. Simply, he got us in the house, it was no easy feat and required sales EXPERIENCE. Hunter always made himself available during our search. He worked diligently to find us a house that was just right for us. While we were in escrow he played a pivotal part of communicating and negotiating with the selling party. After we closed he still kept in touch with us to see if we neede anything.
