Humera was very professional throughout our experience. I contacted her only with selling in mind but when she asked about next home and offered to negotiate a better deal for us, I was little skeptical. I had no idea as this was our first new construction home, but I’m glad she asked. She got us a finished basement at no additional cost. She sold our previous home in less than 10 days; much faster than we expected. We wanted $175k, we got $180k. Granted there are many factors that play into it but I will give credit to Humera because I doubt we could’ve got that price and sold our home so quickly without her. I highly recommend Humera Khan.
