Our property consistently had the highest number of views of properties in the area on Zillow. In only 3 days in the market he sold out our property and then we could go ahead to buy our new house. I’ve known Hugo for over 15 years. He has always been personable, professional, and trustworthy. When I started thinking of purchasing my first home there was no doubt in my mind that Hugo would be the perfect person to help me find my perfect home. The actual home buying process is what scared me but Hugo helped change that quickly. He always responded to all of my questions in a timely manner and never seemed bothered of my many calls. Honestly my best home buying experience. I was really scared to try again especially after what happened the first time. The day we met Hugo at the open house he was showing I felt really comfortable with him. He showed us a sense of trust. Luckily, we got pre approved right there and then. After our first experience i didn't think it was going to happened. But by the next weekend Hugo had us looking at houses. He was very honest with his thoughts on every house we saw. I really appreciate the help he gave us and how flexible he was, explaining each step of the process. Hugo was sincere and helpful from beginning to end.
