Hugo is amazing at what he does. He made searching for a house, a home search. He was great at pointed out issues at the property that he knew would be an issue for me. He understood what I wanted and I now I own my home. It was easy and fast. I totally recommend Hugo if its your 1st purchase. Will surely use him again for my next one.

I would like to say that for being my first time purchasing a home, it felt like it was rather an easy process, I had known my realtor Hugo López only from social media, one time, talking to a couple of friends of mine he came up to the conversation and they recommended him 100 % for his realtor services, I contacted him based on that referral from my friends, and he guided me step by step on what to do to , from applying for the loan, recommended the right loan officer and started showing me houses at random times, super early in the morning or super late at night based off on my work schedule, however, he never said no to me, he gave me good advice on the offer I was making and fought for some of the repairs that had to be made to my house, I could not be happier to be a newly home owner now, however, I firmly believe that by having the chance to work with the right real estate agent, in this case Hugo, it made the whole process smother and somehow less nerve wracking, thank you for always answering my never ending questions and for always being there to help me whenever I had a concern about the process from beginning to the end, I could not be happier with the way the outcome was, thank you Hugo, thanks for being so good at what you do, I truly appreciate your help and I’m looking to continue to work with you in the future when I purchase a second home 🙏🏻
