I was having issues with 2 other realtors where it didn’t seem like they were living in thw current market and were trying to negotiate me to list for 20k+ less the market value. I saw Howard had listed and went under contract on a similar property with real market list price. So I called him to come take a look and let me know what he thought and he nailed what I was thinking. There were a few loose ends that I needed help with and he was able to help out!
