Howard and l have had a good working relationship for the past five years; he has been patient, knowledgeable and consistently professional kept me focused on the sale of both my homes. If he was uncertain about something, he would take the time to get another’s professional opinion and then return to me with the right answer. I have had the experience of dealing with other agents and have found that their ONLY focus was on whatever profit/commission was coming their way, with no regard to me, their client. I have actually watched Howard deal with other agents, who again, only look for their commission and no regard to their client. Howard has shown me that if a job is done well, then the rewards will follow.
