Howard and l have had a good working relationship for the past five years; he has been patient, knowledgeable and consistently professional kept me focused on the sale of both my homes. If he was uncertain about something, he would take the time to get another’s professional opinion and then return to me with the right answer. I have had the experience of dealing with other agents and have found that their ONLY focus was on whatever profit/commission was coming their way, with no regard to me, their client. I have actually watched Howard deal with other agents, who again, only look for their commission and no regard to their client. Our House sold in 4 days above asking price. Besides our real estate agent Howard has become a friend.

The experience we had with Howard was professional, caring and consistent. He represented his agency with the professionalism we did not find with our previous realtor and he understood that this had been a real pet peeve and he ran with it. He cared about our need to have our property sold and it showed how much he cared, because he would always update us with how his interactions were going with any potential buyers. His consistency was displayed when he had found the buyer for us; he stayed on top of the situation, right up to the closing.
