Hope Stafford handled the sale of our son Colin's home. Colin died suddenly and unexpectedly in February 2022. My wife Carol and I have been devastated ever since. I am Colin's personal representative in probate. We knew we had to sell Colin's house in Denver, but we also found it emotionally painful to do so. We live in Illinois, about 1,000 miles from Denver. Hope arranged everything so that Carol and I did not need to make another sad trip to Denver. Hope has a bright, positive personality, she is easy to work with, she is conscientious, and she communicates well. I give her the highest rating possible.
